Bella has been practising yoga since childhood, finding it the perfect way to find balance and peace growing up in busy London. She choose to study Integral Yoga after becoming interested in deepening her practise & connecting with the roots of yoga. She qualified as a teacher in June 2016, although she has been teaching classes for friends for many years. Bella’s love for yoga exudes through her teaching style and you will feel supported and encouraged throughout the practise, whatever stage you are on your yoga journey. Remember, yoga isn’t about touching your toes – it’s about having a calm, peaceful mind in a strong, healthy body – and it have fun doing it!
“The yoga was totally the right level, by the end of the weekend I I my flow back as I had not done yoga in months. I’m not doing a little bit everyday again. I loved Bella’s happy vibes – they are infectious!” Sian, January 2017
Jake is an accomplished artist, author and drawing tutor. He teaches drawing with the attitude that anybody with an enthusiasm to draw can learn to draw and his popular and accessible instructional drawing books have helped tens of thousands of people to engage with drawing. Over the weekend he will be sharing his passion for drawing, helping you to relax into abstract mark making processes and develop your ability to observe the world around you. He will also be teaching the fundamentals of life draiwng as a way of looking, and drawing from the bodies of others as well as learning to understand your own in greater depth.
“Jake was absolutely brilliant at explaining things and making me look at them in a different way. It was the perfect balance of learning & developing skills” Shirley, January 2017
