A Yoga & Mindfulness Weekend with Charlotte Watts:

Rejuvenate, relax and de-stress with Charlotte Watts over a long and luxurious weekend at a truly stunning location atop the cliffs in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Your programme will include two daily yoga sessions, alongside options to join a silent walk, nutrition talk and evening mindfulness meditations – or simply take some time along in the countryside, relax or chat with others. Yoga content will vary according to time of day, more energising and opening in the mornings, moving to relaxing and restoring towards the end of the day. Charlotte Watts is a Senior Yoga Teacher trained at the Vajrasati Yoga School in Brighton (RYT500) after an exploration into yoga with her teacher Jim Tarran, who helped her heal from Chronic Fatigue and Burnout. She then trained in teaching yoga for people with ME and Chronic Fatigue with Fiona Agombar and also with Heather Mason for chronic pain and for yoga teachers with Cathy-Mae Karelse. She continues to study with teachers like Tias Little, Judith Lasater and Donna Farhi who combine her love of mindful, compassionate and somatic practice. Charlotte is also an award-winning nutritionist, specialising in stress-related conditions and Burnout; melding nutrition, yoga and mindfulness in her latest book The De-Stress Effect (2015, Hay House).   • early-bird rate £260 if booked before 3 months of the start date

Payment terms and booking:

A non-refundable deposit of £70 is required to confirm your place. The balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.
