Join Rosie, a popular Yoga Teacher in Hove for her ‘Dewy Grass and Bare Feet’ Retreat. A weekend of Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga designed to prepare the body for Spring. Clearing the heaviness and lethargy of winter to find the spring in your step!
