Slowing Down and Letting Go with Sarah Thum-Bonanno:
Most of us carry physical and emotional tension. This weekend will give you the space to slow down and let go of tension and stress, using yoga and breathing techniques.
Morning classes will be energising and strengthening, whereas evening classes will consist of yin and restorative yoga. Sarah has trained extensively in restorative yoga and will use this powerful yoga practice to work deeply with the nervous system. Sarah is passionate about teaching yoga, in particular how yoga can reduce stress and help us navigate life’s challenges.
The retreat centre is located in the rolling East Sussex countryside, a short walk through fields to the sea. It is an ideal venue for experiencing space and nature. The weekend’s yoga sessions will suit students of all levels, although some experience of yoga will ensure maximum benefit. The weekend will be fully catered, offering wholesome and tasty vegetarian meals, and will include some free time for relaxing and exploring the countryside.
