Staying Mindful Retreat with Sue Bolton:
If you have completed an 8-week mindfulness course and want to reconnect with, deepen and strengthen your practice, then this retreat is for you. There will be lots of meditation, silence, an exploration of self-compassion, discussions, time in nature as well as space for rest and replenishment.
You will consolidate the skills and techniques you’ve already learnt and deepen experience of moment-by-moment awareness.
Sue Bolton is an experienced mindfulness trainer. She has practised mindfulness for over twenty years. She trained at Bangor University’s Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. She runs mindfulness groups in the South-East and has run workshops in schools, libraries, GP practices, hospitals and the National Gallery.
