Mindful Yoga Weekend:
My name is Nicky Osborn. I have been practising yoga for fifteen years and I began teaching Hatha Yoga in 2010; however, I am a bit of a magpie, with many styles influencing my teaching – anything from Ashtanga to Yin Yoga!
I invite you to a mindful and relaxing retreat weekend with me where I plan to base the yoga sessions around the theme of transition from spring to summer.
The morning sessions will be more dynamic; in the evening the practice will be more of a gentle unwinding. We will also find time for long relaxation, meditation and yoga nidra, as well as some time off to enjoy the facilities and surrounding area.
The price for the weekend is £250; this includes four yoga sessions, food (including lunch on Saturday & Sunday), accommodation, and refreshments.
All are welcome, including complete beginners. I will help you to deepen or lighten the asanas so that you find the perfect pose for you.
