At Gayles we welcome teachers and their students from a wide variety of practices, disciplines and approaches.

Breeze Yoga

Catherine Annis
Catherine Annis is a member of the teacher-training faculty at London’s top yoga studios of Triyoga in London, and is well known for her imaginative and practical approach to yoga. She is a highly respected Scaravelli teacher; her practice focuses on deepening physical awareness and alignment to reveal and release the natural freedom of the body and she has created one of the few Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher training intensives. – www.relaxandrelease.co.uk

Charlotte Watts 
Charlotte Watts is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a particular interest in Mindfulness and using Yoga as a therapy for anxiety, stress and depression. She is an award-winning Nutritional Therapist, lecturer, journalist and television presenter as well as being the author of several books about diet and stress. Eternal Yoga

Mondo Zen
Mondo Zen is based on Japanese and Chinese Zen, updated for the 21st Century, it transcends the hierarchical / authoritarian, gender-biased and constraining monastic aspects of traditional Zen in favour of practical, experiential “in the world” engagement. Helen Keates
Helen Keates runs Yoga Light Yoga Bright; she practices Ashtanga yoga, which is designed to create a strong, healthy and flexible body and to bring mental clarity, vitality and happiness. Islington Yoga

The Inner Yoga Trust
The Inner Yoga Trust is a small registered charity set up to advance education and relieve disease through the teaching of Yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
