Explore self development and spirituality in a calm, supportive retreat

Course Diary

Welcome to our Course Diary. We are  happy to be hosting retreats and workshops with independent teachers as well as facilitating some of our own and you would be very welcome at any of these events, please contact the organisers directly if you are interested (there are links on each entry). We will post more details about each of them as they take shape…

Our own retreats all have a spiritual and/or psychological emphasis and are run either by ourselves or by teachers that we particularly respect. The teaching is offered on a dana (donation) basis and we keep the costs for the accommodation & catering as low as we can so that the best teaching is accessible to the most people.
