Late Summer Weekend Retreat with Rosie Iles-Jonas:
Savour the final few weeks of summer in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. Long walks along the coast and through flowery fields, Yoga, Meditation and nourishing meals.
This weekend will be a mixture of luxuriously slow Hatha Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga. We’ll also practice Yoga Nidra and Medition. Other activities include; Yoga Journaling & Walks.
We arrive 4pm Friday 6th September, have tea and snacks. Our first practice is before our evening meal, designed to ground and set the tone for weekend of unwinding. We practice each morning and evening, as well as guided meditions before bed. We depart 2pm Sunday 8th September.
What’s included? Two nights dormitory accommodation, all Yoga and activities, all meals are freshly prepared and vegetarian (vegan and gluten free can be provided), tea/ coffee and healthy snacks.
Suitable for beginners, because we are all beginners.
