Autumn Weekend Retreat with Rosie Iles-Jonas:
Rosie is a popular yoga teacher and will be bringing her unique mix of yoga styles to this retreat. You’ll have the chance to practice a mixture of Hatha Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Breathing practices (Pranayama) and Meditation.
You’ll arrive 4pm on Friday 16th October, spend some time relaxing, drinking tea and getting settled before a Restorative Yoga practice to really set the tone for the weekend. After your evening meal there will be Yoga Nidra, to prepare you for a peaceful night’s sleep! Morning practices are a little more dynamic and evening practices are restorative.
During the day there will be free time to stroll along the coast, by Cuckmere, or simply take advantage of the beautiful grounds, relaxation hammocks, or indulge in an afternoon nap.
What’s included? Two nights dormitory accommodation, all Yoga and activities, all meals are freshly prepared and vegetarian, tea/ coffee and healthy snacks. We depart 2pm Sunday 18th October.
This is an open level retreat, which means suitable for all. £280.
