A Shadow Yoga weekend with Karen Watson:
A weekend retreat to break up the monotony of winter and invigorate yourself for the onset of spring. This retreat will focus on the full practice format of the second prelude of Shadow Yoga (Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam – Churning the Shadow Warrior) incorporating seated asana and preparatory work for inversions. It is open to those with previous yoga experience Fees include shared accommodation, meals and tuition. Classes will be 5-7pm on Friday (arrival at 4pm at the venue) Sat 7-9 am & 4-6pm and Sun 7-9am. Departure will be after brunch on Sunday around 12.30-1pm £295.
