At Gayles we welcome teachers and their students from a wide variety of practices, disciplines and approaches.

Breeze Yoga 
Breeze Yoga offer a wide range of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes, which are taught by specialist, expert teachers who have trained extensively in their individual disciplines and have a desire to share their knowledge and experience with others to promote health, vitality and wellbeing –

Catherine Annis
Catherine Annis is a member of the teacher-training faculty at London’s top yoga studios of Triyoga in London, and is well known for her imaginative and practical approach to yoga. She is a highly respected Scaravelli teacher; her practice focuses on deepening physical awareness and alignment to reveal and release the natural freedom of the body and she has created one of the few Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher training intensives. –

Charlotte Watts 
Charlotte Watts is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a particular interest in Mindfulness and using Yoga as a therapy for anxiety, stress and depression. She is an award-winning Nutritional Therapist, lecturer, journalist and television presenter as well as being the author of several books about diet and stress. She offers yoga sessions, nutrition talks and mindfulness meditations –

Eternal Yoga
Eternal Yoga; Karen and Hatty’s approach recognises a need to release unhelpful patterns in the body and the breath and they encourage students to empower themselves to restore health and vitality –

Mondo Zen

Helen Keates
Helen Keates runs Yoga Light Yoga Bright; she practices Ashtanga yoga, which is designed to create a strong, healthy and flexible body and to bring mental clarity, vitality and happiness. She has also qualified in Pregnancy Yoga, developed Hot Yoga sequences and qualified as a SUPfit SUPyoga instructor –

Islington Yoga
Islington Yoga is managed by Karen Watson who teaches Shadow Yoga, a form of Hatha Yoga that uses often dynamic postures to aid the release of the tensions in our bodies that can obstruct the vital breath and life force –

The Inner Yoga Trust
The Inner Yoga Trust is a small registered charity set up to advance education and relieve disease through the teaching of Yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. They also provide education through the Yoga events they promote and through their teacher training and post diploma courses –

Jodi Evans
Jodi Evans is a BWY certified teacher with some fourteen years experience.  With a compassionate and light-hearted attitude, her unique and creative style of teaching is dedicated to each student opening to a deeper level of awareness and possibility, coming home to their authentic selves. –

Khadine Morcome
Khadine Morcome’s teaching style is calming and focused, giving particular attention to the breath, awareness and recognition of the energy and inner state of being.  Her classes encourage students to engage fully with their whole being and to integrate body, mind and breath into the practice.
